Our Council and members are especially dedicated to strengthening local entrepreneurs and community leaders, with particular attention to empowering women. We recognize that when women are equipped with opportunities and resources, families and communities are uplifted as well. Through training programs, mentorship, peer learning networks, and business development guidance, WCEYA works to equip individuals with the practical knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence needed to thrive.
