World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association (WCEYA)
The World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association (WCEYA) was officially initiated in 2017 during the 14th Summit of the World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs, where it received unanimous approval from Federation members. WCEYA is established as a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs operating within the new economy.
The primary aim is to nurture and develop the next generation of leaders in entrepreneurship. The Association is governed by a board of directors who are members of the World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs.
Membership comprises young professional entrepreneurs who possess extensive international experience. In its foundational years, we have organised a variety of initiatives designed to foster cooperation between young entrepreneur organisations in mainland China and those in the global diaspora.
By facilitating the exchange of ideas and aspirations, participants are encouraged to share their visions, experiences, and best practices. Council Members contribute their wealth of international knowledge, insights into the global economic landscape, expertise in international law, and understanding of diverse business cultures.
Our mission is simple yet deeply meaningful: to serve others, to uphold integrity in all we do, and to promote understanding, goodwill, and peace. As a fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders, we are mindful of the influence and responsibility entrusted to us. We seek to lead not for recognition, but for the benefit of those we serve. Guided by humility and compassion, we strive to build bridges across differences and foster relationships grounded in respect and trust. We understand that lasting change often begins with small, consistent acts of service. Therefore, we remain committed to steady, thoughtful engagement in our communities. By working together in unity and mutual support, we hope to contribute to a more just, harmonious, and caring world.
Through a series of forums and seminars, young entrepreneurs in the Greater Bay Area gain valuable insights into real-world business practices and norms on a global scale.
